From San Francisco International Airport:
Take CA-280 North towards San Francisco.      
Follow CA-280 North which becomes 19th Avenue.
Take 19th Avenue through city to Golden Gate Bridge.
Cross bridge north on CA-101 to Tiburon/Blithedale Avenue.
Turn left over overpass to East Blithedale Avenue.  
Go into downtown Mill Valley approximately 2 miles.  
At the stop sign turn left on Throckmorton Avenue.  
Then proceed to second stop sign and turn left.      
Mill Valley Inn is located on the left hand side.
