Location. The Inn at Buena Vista is located less than one mile from the Arkansas Valley Art Center in Buena Vista, Colo. The Arkansas Headwaters State Park, one of the longest whitewater parks in the country, provides 120 miles of whitewater rafting on the Arkansas River, located one mile from the inn. Fishing, kayaking, picnicking, hiking and mountain biking are also available in the park. Collegiate Peaks Golf Course, offering nine holes of scenic mountain golf, is one-and-one-half miles from the property.
Features. Converted from an old church, the inn offers refinished hardwood floors, contemporary original artwork, custom-made furnishings and mountain views. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served each morning, including Eggeera, an egg gravy made with cream and crumbled bacon, served over toast. Conference space, concierge service and a small gift shop are available. Massages and facials are provided for a fee.
