The West Elk Condominiums are located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte in Crested Butte, Colo. Winter or summer, Crested Butte offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Touted as one of the best destinations for mountain biking in the whole state, Crested Butte also features fantastic skiing, averaging 240 inches of snowfall each year. Beautiful wildflowers bloom in the spring and summer, treating this historic mining town to an explosion of color.
Guests of the West Elk Condominiums receive complimentary garage parking. The town has a shuttle that runs from the airport to the condominiums and around town. There is a jetted tub on site, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos have a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, range and microwave oven. Balconies offer views of Crested Butte River Valley and each unit has a fireplace. Cable television is also standard.

The West Elk Condominiums offer comfort and convenience in a popular Rocky Mountain destination.
Almost all of the units are non-smoking. Although, there are some exceptions.

The resort's spa tubs will be closed from May 10-June 19, 2006 and September 6-November 17, 2006.

Property location differs from check-in location. Guests must check in at the Plaza Condominiums, located at 11 Snowmass Road, Mt. Crested Butte, Colo.
From the Gunnison County Airport:
Start out going north on Airport Road/CR-39A toward US-50.
Turn slight right onto US-50.
Turn left onto north Main Street/CO-135.
Continue to follow CO-135 for 28 miles.
CO-135 becomes 6th Street.
6th Street becomes Gothic Road/CR-317.
Turn right onto Snowmass Road.
Proceed to 11 Snowmass Road, Plaza Condominiums for check-in.
