Location. Overlooking the waters of the Atlantic and a pristine stretch of white-sand beach, the Royal Mansions Resort is conveniently located in Cape Canaveral, Fla. The condominium-style resort enjoys easy access to opportunities for fishing, boating and water sports. The world-renowned Cocoa Beach Pier, three miles from the property, offers shopping, live music, open air dining, pier fishing, beach volleyball and parasailing. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are approximately a 55-mile drive from the resort.
Hotel Features. The resort features French-Caribbean styling and offers a jetted tub and an oceanfront pool flanked by a sundeck with lounge chairs. Complimentary Continental breakfast is served in the clubhouse each morning, and there is a picnic area with barbeque grills for guest use. Guest laundry facilities are located on site.

From Orlando International Airport:
Take SR-528 East (Beeline Expressway) and follow the signs to Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach.
SR-528 changes to Highway A1A after crossing the Indian and Banana Rivers.
Follow A1A south for approximately one mile to Central Boulevard.
Turn left at the light and follow Central Boulevard to the ocean and the resort. Approximate driving time is 45 minutes and distance is 40 miles.
