Location. The Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is centrally located in Miami Beach, Fla., adjacent to a private, white sandy beach. Miami Beach Convention Center and the Art Deco District are three miles from the hotel. South Beach is less than four miles away.
Hotel Features. The outdoor grotto of the Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort features two Olympic-sized, lagoon-style pools and two spa tubs amidst a tropical garden. The lower level pool offers cascading waterfalls while the upper level pool provides ocean views. The fitness center offers cardiovascular equipment, strength-training machines, steam rooms, showers and a sauna. Gianfranco Salon and Spa provides a full array of spa and massage services Tuesday through Saturday. The resort offers 11,000 square feet of meeting space, including a ballroom, small meeting rooms and breakout rooms. A business center provides high-speed Internet access, copy machines, fax machines and typing services. A gift shop off the lobby offers snacks, wine and cappuccino. Inspired by the Miami Dolphins' perfect football season in 1972, Shula's Steak House is decorated with football memorabilia and is open for dinner. The Garden Terrace serves hot and cold breakfasts daily and the Top of the Falls features open-air, poolside dining with ocean views and offers hot wings, burgers and other casual cuisine during lunch.

Guestrooms. The 123 guestrooms of the Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort feature large private balconies with ocean or Intracoastal Waterway views, separate dining and living rooms and two bathrooms. Each suite showcases a different décor as most are privately owned. Standard amenities include flat-screen televisions with premium cable channels, DVD players and wireless Internet access, for a fee. Full kitchens are provided in each suite. Bathrooms feature combination shower/tubs, bathrobes, make-up mirrors, jetted tubs and Natura toiletries.

Expert Tip. The lower pool area of the Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is surrounded by cabanas, available for rent, and also leads directly out onto the adjoining beach where a children's play area is located.
