Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio is located directly on the sandy white beaches of Perdido Key in Pensacola, Fla. The rentals are approximately 15-20 miles from the city's downtown, and are just a few minutes from the Florida/Alabama state line.
Features. This 19-story high-rise offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room and a meeting room. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on-site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service is also available. Seasonal children's activities, including a beach club, are provided for a fee.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
