Check-in is at the Grande Island Vacations office, located at 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel Island, Fla.
From Southwest Florida International Airport:
Take Terminal Access Road to Tree Line Road.
Turn right onto Tree Line Road and continue to Daniels Road.
Turn left onto Daniels Road and continue for 2.5 miles.
Turn left onto Six Mile Cypress Road and continue for three miles.
After crossing Highway 41, Six Mile Cypress Road becomes Gladiolus Road.
Continue on Gladiolus Road for 1.5 miles.
Turn left onto Summerlin Road and continue for eight miles to Sanibel Causeway (toll).
Cross over Sanibel Causeway and turn right at the four-way stop onto Periwinkle Way.
