Location.  ResortQuest Rentals at Dunes of Seagrove is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., between Destin and Panama City Beach. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes away from either city, nestled on the white sands of the South Walton beach. The property is a short drive to Seaside, where guests can visit a variety of eclectic shops, boutiques and art galleries.
Features. This four-story property offers a split-level, 4,500-square-foot tropical pool, an eight-person Jacuzzi and a nature trail leading to Deer Lake Park. Guests also have access to a fitness facility, meeting space and a steam room/sauna. Complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella, is also offered. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on-site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service, which provides two chairs and one umbrella, is also offered. Seasonal children's activities are available for a fee.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Dunes of Seagrove are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. All units offer private balconies. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
