Location. Beachfront Bed & Breakfast is located oceanfront on Anastasia Island, a barrier island separated from St. Augustine, Fla. by the Matanzas River. A boardwalk leads from the property over the sand dunes and out to the wide sandy beaches and sparkling surf just a short walk away. Many of St. Augustine Beach's numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The Old Town Trolley stops nearby at the bed and breakfast's partner property, and travels to and from the historic Old City of St. Augustine five miles away.
Features. Beachfront Bed & Breakfast is set on three acres, and includes a peach-colored beach house, housing common areas and guestrooms, and a separate cottage, which includes only guestrooms. The beach house features soaring vaulted ceilings with hand-hewn Honduran heart pine beams, warm hardwood floors, and a commanding brick fireplace. A light-drenched verandah with white wicker furniture, located on the second floor, allows wide views of the beach and palm trees. Complimentary full breakfasts include a daily gourmet special, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. Beachfront Bed & Breakfast offers a heated outdoor pool, eight-person oceanfront spa tub, shuffleboard courts and hammocks.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms and suites at Beachfront Bed & Breakfast offer private bathrooms, high-quality bedding and fluffy bathrobes. Cable televisions, complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, and CD/DVD/VCR combination players are provided. Some guestrooms offer fireplaces. There are four guestrooms in the main beach house, and three guest accommodations in the cottage. In addition to the standard amenities, cottage rooms also feature views of the gardens and the pool, and have private entrances. Cottage rooms also include refrigerators, microwave ovens and coffeemakers.

Exit the airport onto Dixie Clipper Drive, which becomes FL-102 East.
Merge onto I-95 South, and proceed 52 miles.
Take the State Road 16 (Exit 318).
Turn left on State Road 16.
Turn right on U.S. 1 and follow until State Road 312.
Turn left on State Road 312 and follow (no turns) to the beach.
Follow one mile, past the beach pier.
Turn left on F street and follow to the property, one-half block ahead on the right.
