Location. Positioned on the sunny south shore, Castle Poipu Shores, a Condominium Resort is located in the renowned Poipu Beach resort area in Kauai, Hawaii. Dense rainforests, impenetrable valleys, majestic peaks and golden beaches make Kauai one of Hawaii's most desirable travel destinations. Dominated by a sense of independence, the island has never fallen victim to the tourist culture that afflicts Oahu and the Big Island. The sights and sounds of the island promote relaxation, with shimmering waterfalls, the scent of ginger and morning birdsong all pleasing the senses.
Hotel Features. Perched atop a rocky cliff, the resort overlooks the blue waters of the Pacific. Turtles are daily visitors to the lava rocks that front the outdoor pool, and the property is flanked by lush tropical foliage. A party room near the pool contains vending machines, food preparation counters, a sink and two dining sets. To the rear of the complex is a picnic area complete with barbeque grills. Child care is available. Complimentary wireless Internet access is offered in public areas.

Guestrooms. The one- and two-bedroom condos feature balconies with ocean views and kitchens with refrigerators, ranges and microwave ovens. Other standard amenities include cable television, VCRs and laundry machines.

Expert Tip. The Na Aina Kai Botanical Gardens are just over 35 miles from the resort and feature around 240 acres of beautiful gardens and some 70 life-size bronze statues. The story book setting provides an unforgettable experience, complete with waterfalls, labyrinths, topiaries, a Japanese teahouse and a lagoon with fountains.
