Nestled under towering oak trees in Eastham, Mass., The Inn at the Oaks is one block from the beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore, and biking and hiking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The historic Old Eastham Windmill, the oldest working windmill on Cape Cod, offers seasonal tours one-half mile away.
The Inn at the Oaks consists of a main house built in 1870 and a carriage house. Complimentary country breakfasts are served each morning in the gathering room or on the wrap-around porch. Afternoon tea and desserts are offered each day. Various meeting rooms accommodating up to 25 guests, fax and photocopy services, and a computer station with complimentary wireless Internet access are available. The billiard room offers a pool table, board games, puzzles, chess, checkers and card games. A video library is also available. The spa room at the inn features a two-person hot tub and an area for massage therapy, which is available by appointment for a fee. The Inn at the Oaks also boasts a playroom in the house and a playground with swings, slides, sandbox and a variety of lawn games.

From Barnstable Municipal Airport:
Approximate distance to the bed and breakfast is 25 miles.

Drive southeast toward Iyannough Road/MA-132.
Turn right onto Iyannough Road/MA-28.
Turn left onto Yarmouth Road.
Yarmouth Road becomes Willow Street.
Take the Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6) east to Exit 13 (the Orleans Rotary).
Go halfway around the rotary and continue on Route 6.
The inn is located on the left, immediately after the second traffic light.
