Location. Located in historic West Barnstable, Mass., the High Pointe Inn overlooks Sandy Neck Beach, Cape Cod Bay and the Great Salt Marsh. Sandy Neck Beach, a classic beach stretching six miles along Cape Cod Bay, is two miles from the inn. Whale-watching cruises and fishing charters are available at Barnstable Harbor approximately six miles away.
Features. This Cape Cod style bed and breakfast features a 75-foot deck that runs the full length of the inn. The deck overlooks the property's gardens, which feature an unusual collection of trees and flowers. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served each morning in the dining room or outdoors. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available. Three large common rooms, including the "Williamsburg" dining room, "Gramercy Park" living room and "Palm Beach" great room flow into one another, and are enhanced with candlelight, sofas, a gas fireplace and polished hardwood floors.
