Alexander's Inn is located on Palace Avenue in historic Santa Fe, N.M. Art galleries, shops and restaurants on Canyon Road are two blocks from the inn. The Plaza, the bustling center of the city, is five blocks away.
This Arts and Crafts-style home, built in 1903, is one of the oldest structures on Palace Avenue. Bountiful gardens of roses and lilacs surround the inn. Full, complimentary breakfast buffets are offered each morning on the patio or breakfast room. Hot entrees such as frittatas, enchiladas, waffles or pancakes, in addition to fresh fruit salad, homemade muffins, granola, yogurt and hard cheeses, are served. Later in the day, fresh-baked cookies, brownies and other treats are offered. Fax services are available. Alexander's Inn features an outdoor hot tub, and in-room massages are available for a fee.

The inn offers a cottage and a casita in the back garden area on the property and eight guestrooms in the main house. Two of the guestrooms share a bathroom. The bathrooms feature Mexican tile. Beds are dressed with fine linens, down comforters and feather pillows. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a basket filled with homemade cookies and granola, fresh-ground locally roasted coffee, teas, wine, fresh fruit, and chips and salsa. All accommodations offer bathrobes, coffeemakers, cable television, DVD and CD players, and dial-up Internet access. The cottage and casita feature kiva fireplaces, patios, Southwestern-style furnishings and full kitchens with evaporative coolers, refrigerators and microwave ovens.
