This 4,000-square-foot loft features modern art decor, including architectural rolling benches and artwork, a floating dining table and a suspended day bed. Built in 1880, the loft offers polished hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot ceilings and designer furnishings. A gourmet kitchen and wet bar are available for guests' use. Continental breakfasts, lunches and dinners are available for a fee. Complimentary wireless Internet access, a computer, and fax and photocopy services are provided. The living room features a 42-inch, flat-screen television with cable channels, a VCR, DVD player, fireplace and a baby grand piano. Occasionally, the living room serves as the venue for private dinner parties and social events. At this time, guests will not be able to use the common areas. Smoking is sometimes permitted in the common areas during parties, but it is not permitted in the guestrooms. Pets are not allowed at this property.
