Resort at Grand Lake is located on the Grand Lake O' the Cherokees, in the northeast corner of Oklahoma with a shoreline that stretches over 1,300 miles. The resort is located on a peninsula called Monkey Island with some of the best lakeside amenities anywhere.  Guests of the Resort at Grand Lake will enjoy activities for the entire family, including an outdoor (seasonal) swimming pool, children's pool, playground, hot tub, basketball court, game room, and a fitness facility. There is also free on-site parking and movie rentals available.


Resort at Grand Lake offers studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums.  All units feature a fully equipped kitchen,  washer and dryer,  gas fireplace, and patio with gas BBQ grill.  Each accommodation also has a queen-size Murphy bed in the living area, cable television and a DVD/VCR player, as well as a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. All units are non-smoking.

**This property requires a two-night minimum stay for Friday and Saturday arrivals.**

**There is no daily housekeeping at this resort. Housekeeping is available for a fee of $55 per cleaning, payable at check-in by credit card only.**

Hop on board one of the two Cherokee Queen paddlewheel riverboats and enjoy a romantic evening cruise.  Try your luck at the Grand Lake Casino, or browse one of the nation's largest antique museums at Harber Village and check out Darryl Starbird's National Rod and Custom Car Hall of Fame, featuring more than 40 classic and custom-built automobiles.  Try horseback riding or rent a boat and spend the day on the water. On Monkey Island, the stores are full of unique gifts, furniture, antiques, art, and clothing. Then top the day off with the best dining on the lake at the Waters Waters Restaurant in Shangri-La. The resort is near the Shangri-La Resort, which is also home to two championship golf courses. Grand Lake O' the Cherokees is the grandest lake in Oklahoma and has the best bass fishing in the state.

57020 East Highway 125, Afton, OK - From Tulsa Airport:
-Follow signs to I-244 East.
-Take I-244 East to the toll road I-144 East.
-Take I-144 East 51 miles to Exit 302, Afton.
-Take Highway 69 South/Historic Route 66 for one mile.
-Turn left on Highway 59 and drive for six miles.
-Turn right onto Highway 125 South and follow signs for Monkey Island.
-The resort is on the left where the highway curves from South to East.
