Litchfield Plantation

The Litchfield Plantation is a luxury resort located on Pawleys Island, on South Carolina's Grand Strand, approximately 30 miles from Myrtle Beach and 12 miles from Georgetown. Litchfield Plantation, a country inn, is centered around a 1750 original plantation house on 600 acres of a coastal rice plantation. It is situated at the end of a quarter mile avenue of 200-year-old live oak trees. The Grand Strand area has over 100 golf courses, some within five minutes of the Plantation. The adjacent marshlands are home to abundant wildlife, and birdwatching is a favorite pasttime.
