Location. Located in downtown Memphis, Tenn., the Peabody Memphis stands across the street from AutoZone Park, two blocks from Beale Street and three blocks from FedEx Forum, home of the Memphis Grizzlies and the Orpheum Theater.
Hotel Features. Built in 1925, the hotel is featured on the National Register of Historic Places. The Peabody Memphis features two on-site restaurants, the Capriccio Grill Restaurant, which serves flash-seared steaks and traditional Italian favorites, and Chez Philippe, renowned for its French-Asian fusion cuisine. Every day at 11 a.m. and again at 5 p.m., to the tune of John Philip Sousa's "King Cotton March", the Peabody Duck Master escorts five mallards down a red carpet to the fountain, where they hop in to splash and preen for the day.
