Location. Located in the small town of Ludlow, Vt., five miles from Okemo, Echo Lake Inn is close to skiing, snowboarding, and golf in Vermont's Mountain Lakes region. Fly-fishing is a popular pastime on the Black River, which runs adjacent to the inn, and canoeing and kayaking are available on Echo Lake at the inn's own dock 100 yards away.
Features. Built in 1840, the Echo Lake Inn is a country inn offering a variety of recreational opportunities on site. The inn's own restaurant offers a gourmet menu in a dining room atmosphere, and the downstairs tavern offers a full bar in a room with pool tables and darts. Wireless Internet access is available complimentary throughout the inn, and a meeting room is available for corporate retreats.
