Location. The elegant Marqueen Hotel is located in the vibrant Queen Anne District, two blocks from the Seattle Center in Seattle, Wash. This bustling neighborhood boasts the Theatre District and the Key Arena, home of the Seattle Supersonics. The Space Needle is a half mile from the hotel, and the Monorail is located about a block closer, giving guests easy access to the other areas of the city.

Features Erected in 1918, the historic building exudes European charm and sophistication. The lobby features original terrazzo floors and mahogany wainscoting along with a wide, sweeping staircase. Evening wine receptions occur twice a week in the lobby, and the hotel is home to an established restaurant and a popular bakery/espresso bar. Expert Tip. The Experience Music Project, a very unique museum dedicated to the history of the Northwest rock scene, is just three blocks from the hotel. The museum is the brainchild of Microsoft cofounder Paul Allen, and features many interactive exhibits and regular concerts. Each visitor is issued a Museum Exhibit Guide (MEG), a hand-held electronic device with recorded audio clips explaining the various exhibits.
